Professional Interests
- My research interests are in the area of surface chemistry of silicones and other low surface energy materials. Current focus is on structure/property correlations of organosilicon-containing polymers, copolymers and surfactants, fluorosilicones, dendrimers, surface analysis techniques (particularly contact angle and XPS), adhesion and release phenomena, emulsions, and surface modification techniques (particularly plasma/corona treatment).
